NO SEW WREATH Technique – Barb Chase

A rotary cutter, mat, strips of fabric, and wire wreath form, and you are well on your way to making this great wreath!  It’s a fun project to help use up your scraps.

Make a wreath for each season.  The one to the right is done in Halloween fabric, and below will welcome company with a touch of spring!
